Return Policy

You can request a return for any item purchased on the afterlabel.com site within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Shipping

To return the product, you must complete this form and ship the product to:

Return shipping costs are entirely your responsibility, they are non-refundable and return shipping is your responsibility. We therefore recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Afterlabel.com will not be responsible for any issues resulting from lost, damaged or stolen returns.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

It may take a few days for your refund to be credited, depending on your bank’s policy. If you have not received your refund within 14 days, contact your bank and then contact us at info@afterlabel.com
